About Nhako

What Nhako does

Nhako is a small Malaysian studio that builds websites, web systems, mobile apps and UI/UX designs for businesses of any size. The idea is simple: you tell us what you need, we build it properly, and when it's done, it belongs to you. Code, designs, everything. No mystery, no lock-in.

There are four services, each with an honest starting price.

1. Website development, from RM900

This is for businesses that need a good home on the internet. The sites are fast, built for phones first, and set up so Google can find them. Every site comes with a responsive design that looks right on any phone, pages ready for search, contact, WhatsApp and map buttons that work, and a launch on your own domain with SSL.

RM900 gets you a one-page site, usually live in about a week. More pages or a custom design are quoted from there. Most website projects take 2 to 4 weeks.

2. Web system development, from RM3,000

Some businesses need more than a website. Maybe you're tracking orders in spreadsheets, juggling bookings over WhatsApp, or running staff permissions by memory. A web system is a custom platform built around how your business really runs. That covers a database that can grow with you, an admin dashboard with roles and permissions, links to payment gateways, messaging and other services, and secure sign-in.

RM3,000 covers one focused workflow. Extra roles, integrations or moving old data across get quoted after a proper chat. Timeline is 4 to 8 weeks.

3. Mobile app development, from RM3,000

These are iOS and Android apps that feel at home on a phone, not a website squeezed into an app. You get native-feeling screens, gestures and motion, real-time sync and push notifications, help getting into the App Store and Google Play, and an app that keeps working on a weak signal and catches up when the connection returns.

RM3,000 covers a minimal app on one platform. Both stores, real-time features and heavier native work are quoted after discovery. Apps take 6 to 12 weeks.

4. UI/UX design, RM50 per hour

Sometimes you just need the design. Maybe you already have developers, or you want to test an idea before spending on a build. This covers user flows and wireframes, clickable Figma prototypes, design tokens and a component library, and handoff specs your developers can build straight from. Hourly billing suits design sprints on an existing product. A brand-new product can be priced per milestone instead.

How a project works

Every project goes through the same four steps.

  1. Discover. We talk about what you need, what you already have, and what's causing trouble. Then you get a written quotation with the scope, timeline and price.

  2. Design. Flows, screens and data get agreed before any code is written. You see it, try it and approve it first.

  3. Build. The code is typed and tested, and you get a live preview link so you can tap through it on your own phone while it grows.

  4. Ship. It launches on your domain or in the app stores, followed by a proper handover so you understand everything you now own.

The fine print, in plain words

The prices on the site are starting points for the smallest sensible scope. Your real price is fixed in the written quotation, which stays valid for 30 days. You pay a deposit before work starts and the balance on delivery. Domain, hosting, app store and licence fees go straight to those providers and are separate from Nhako's fee.

Once you've paid in full, the work and its source code are yours. If something doesn't match the agreed spec, it gets fixed free for 30 days after delivery. Ongoing care and new features can be quoted separately.

Nhako works remotely, so clients anywhere in Malaysia or abroad are welcome. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
