1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser, so it can remember things from one page or visit to the next.
2. The cookies we use
DailyLaunch only uses cookies the site needs to work and to remember your choices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that follow you around the web.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
Session (its name ends in _session) | Keeps you signed in as you move between pages and remembers what you are doing, such as a sign-in code you requested, or that your visit to a product page was already counted today. | 2 hours after your last visit |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms from being sent by other websites in your name. | 2 hours after your last visit |
remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in on this device after you log in. | Until you log out, at most about 13 months |
appearance | Remembers whether you chose the light, dark or system theme. | 1 year |
sidebar_state | Remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is open or closed. | 7 days |
3. Local storage
We also keep your theme choice in your browser's local storage, so pages load in the right theme straight away.
4. Other services
If you sign in with Google or pay for Premium, you leave DailyLaunch for Google's or Polar's pages. Those set their own cookies, under their own policies.
5. Your choices
Because we only use cookies the site needs, there is nothing to accept or refuse. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in without them.
