Acerca de Hedesu

Hedesu is a customer service and team workspace that keeps contacts, conversations, and the work tied to them in one place.

We built it because important messages kept slipping through the cracks on our own team: support tickets, client requests, and sales leads we lost. We were running a CRM in one tab and a task board in another, and things fell between them.

Hedesu connects the two. A customer message arrives, your team sees it, and it becomes tracked work you can assign, follow, and close, with the full conversation linked to the ticket.

What you can do

- Handle email, WhatsApp, live chat, and voice calls from one place, with the customer's history beside every conversation

- Turn a conversation into a ticket, or link it to an existing one, so nothing stays buried in a chat thread

- Assign tickets to people or teams, set priority and due dates, and group related work into projects

- Keep internal notes separate from customer replies, so staff can discuss a case without the customer seeing it

- Give customers a portal where they can search help articles, submit requests, and follow their own tickets

- Turn repeated questions into knowledge base articles your team and customers can reuse

- Use Spark, our built-in AI assistant, to summarise long tickets and draft replies, which you review before sending

- Create a linked GitHub issue from a ticket when a problem needs engineering

- Review workload by space, team, category, and how long tickets have sat in a status

Who it's for

Support teams, software teams, and anyone handling client or internal requests through chat, who is tired of switching between a CRM and a task board.

Why we built it

We use Hedesu to run our own team. It's still growing, and we'd love to hear what's missing. Tell us in the comments and we'll turn it into a ticket.
